Golf is better when you’re actually out there playing it.
This is where I write about the golf I play, competitions, practice rounds, different tees, handicap goals, experiments and the occasional round where things go considerably better, or worse, than expected.
I’m Steve King, although plenty of the people I play golf with know me as Kingy. I’ve been playing for a long time, but I’m still experimenting, learning and finding new ways to make the game harder than it needs to be.
Sometimes there’s something useful to learn from a round. Other times it’s simply a day on the golf course worth remembering.
