A Static Stretch For The Glutes

Steve

The glutes are an incredibly important muscle group and they are essential for many daily activities.

Not only do they help to stabilise our spine, but they also play a key role in the golf swing.

The glutes help to provide support and stability through the swing by keeping the pelvis from moving too much.

This helps ensure that your centre of gravity remains constant throughout your swing, which allows for more consistent contact with the ball.

Strong glutes also give you more power and stability when using your legs to generate ground force.

Having strong glutes is absolutely essential for improving your game in golf.

Aside from helping with shot accuracy, it can also reduce back pain and other aches and pains that often occur as a result of tension in our bodies during the golf swing.

If you want to up your game on the course, make sure you’re strengthening those glutes regularly!
