Welcome to the FAQ’s Page

We hope that there will be very few issues as you access your Coaching Materials, but there may be the odd occasion that things don’t quite work out as well as we would hope them to.

So to try and make things as easy and smooth as possible we have put this page together to answer any questions that you may have.  You are still welcome to email us but in order to avoid any time delays in our replying to you please check this page to see if your question has already been answered.

Q – I can’t access the membership area

The Members area has been protected to ensure that only paying members get access to the coaching materials.  Please make sure you have logged in.

Q – I can’t remember my password

Go to the Log-in area and click on >>I Forgot My Password  - You will be able to change your password once you have entered your details.

Q  – I can’t remember my username

Please contact Steve via email and he will retrieve your details for you.

Q – The Videos don’t always play properly

We use Easy Video Player 2 to play our videos which are stored on Amazon S3 Servers they are some of the best in the business.  There are several reasons that the video may not work.  It could be the speed your Internet is running at or it’s possible you may be using a browser which doesn’t have the latest plug-in or add-on installed or enabled.

It’s also worth refreshing the page you are on as this may resolve your problem.  If after trying this you still have problems, please contact us via the support desk and we’ll be happy to help.

Q – How do I cancel my membership?

We’ll be sad to see you go but we do understand the membership is not for everyone.

As the subscriptions are set up inside of your Paypal Account, you simply need to go to Paypal and cancel your subscription

Q – Can I have a refund?

Our refund policy is very straight forward.

We introduced the FREE membership offer to help make the need for refunds less likely…If you are unsure whether the membership is right for you, please sign up as a free member and take a look around.

Annual Subscription

Even though we have set up the free membership, we will still offer refunds if you think you’ve become an annual member by mistake

We will be happy to do this as long as you contact us via our Support Desk within 7-days of purchasing you annual membership.
We use a sliding scale when processing refunds.

First 7 days – £45 Refund – We keep £4.95 to help cover some the costs we will have incurred processing your payment

After 7-days but before End of Month One £35 Refund

Cancellation requests must be made via our support desk, no other contact method will be actioned.  
We will not refuse any reasonable request for a refund.
Please NOTE – you will also need to cancel your subscription inside your PayPal Account.
